Chef Jason Hook

With an extensive career in Michelin and New York Times starred restaurants in the United States and abroad Chef Jason Hook progressed through the ranks in the elite kitchens of Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges, Christian Delouvier, Georges Perrier, Daniel Boulud, and Philip Legendre.  Jason also enveloped the cultures of top hotel companies including the Four Seasons in both New York City and Paris, the Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, and the Essex House.  


Jason is currently working as chef/owner of h2o kitchen and as a restaurant consultant. He also has a photography studio where he conducts food photography and food styling.


He resides with his 11 year old son and 7 year old yellow lab in the Berks, Lehigh, and Lancaster PA surrounding area.
