Chef Miguel Beltrán
Chef Miguel Beltrán is a new Mexican talent who has demonstrated his passion for cooking since early age. His beginnings include collaborations with high level chefs such as Enrique Olvera, Chef Najat and participation in festivals such as MAG and ESMAFF in two consecutive years.
He graduated from the University of San Miguel de Allende and also worked at La Casa del Agua, recognized restaurant on 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen, distinguished for 17 years by its quality standards both in gastronomy and in service. He is currently at the head of Mía Restaurant & Beach Club in Tulum.
