Born in Puebla. With a degree by Instituto Suizo de Gastronomía y Hotelería in Gastronomy in 2008 and after completing various internships in Mexico and United States, in 2009 joins as Executive Chef at the restaurant in Puebla “El Mural de los Poblanos”, catalogued in 2010 by Travel & Leisure magazine as one of the best Mexico´s 23. 

Passionate of his native Puebla, Liz is dedicated to rescue and preserve the most representative dishes and the traditional cuisine of the State. One of his main concerns is to preserve the use of local and season ingredients. Currently in addition to directing the cuisine of “El Mural de los Poblanos”, taught workshops of traditional Puebla cuisine and leads culinary tour in the State.
