TULUM FOOD, SPIRITS & WINE FESTIVAL

Chef José Castañeda Neri of Philosophy, flagship restaurant Casa Malca, is from the State of Guerrero. 
After working more than 8 years in luxury hotels and large tourism companies of international stature she could complete their studies in Gastronomy and performed his internship in Oaxaca de Juarez and in different parts of Mexico.

During his career work alongside great chefs of Mexican cuisine, as Carlos Zamora, Luis Arellano, Jorge Ildefonso and Eugenio Villafaña where he could learn different techniques and styles. 

Also had the opportunity to participate in various international festivals culinary chefs being recognized on several occasions for his talent. 
With solid foundation in Mexican cuisine, in September this year he joined the culinary team Casa Malca as Chef restaurant.
