Ivy Stark is the new executive chef and partner of El Toro Blanco. Stark found her passion for food early on growing up in Boulder, Colorado, when she was first exposed to fine dining through her father. After working for two dedicated years at award-winning Border Grill in Los Angeles, Stark moved to New York and took on the role of executive chef at the highly-popular Mexican restaurant, Dos Caminos, where she earned national recognition and ranked as one of New York’s top chefs. Stark has also appeared on Today, Good Morning America among many national and local news shows, in addition to multiple appearances on Food Network as a judge on Beat Bobby Flay.
