Chef/Owner/operator Las Puertas Buffalo, and Las Puertas Tulum borne in Acapulco, Mexico. Migrated to Montreal in 2007 for culinary school and has been traveling ever since until recently working in Mexico and the United States. Nickel City chef Champion 2017 Nickel City Chef champion 2016 as Nickel City Chef and Nickel City Chef champion in 2015 as a chef Challenger.

million dollar project Thunder Falls Buffet that house a 100 cooks 5 sous chefs and provided tasks such as recipe standardization, scheduling, hiring and firing, daily operations ensuring proper ordering aligning with food cost recipe development and health department practices. During this period of time my restaurant acquired the prestigious triple AAA 4 diamond rating and gave me the opportunity to learn the skills required to open Jaguar at the Bistro, and now Las puertas.
