Super star Chefs from around the world (Merlin Labron-Johnson, Jeremiah Langhorne, Jose Luis Hinostroza, Diego Sobrino, Gaby Ruiz, Claudette Zepeda - Wilkins, Marc Anthony Bynum, Jesus Gibaja, Grace Ramirez are some of them), will cook their versions of Mexican food in some of the best restaurants

February 9th - Saturday:

'A Taste of Mexico & Liquid Agave'

from 4pm to 8pm in the center of town, in the Palacio, we kick off an amazing event!

"The Taste of Mexico & Liquid Agave" will have our chefs competing for the title of Best Ceviche Chef of 2019, and a mixology contest where the best mixologists will compete for the 2019 title. We will also have a local farmer's and artisan market, where producers from the Yucatan region and Q. Roo will bring their products and handicrafts, which will help create the perfect flavor of Mexico and showcase its artisan culture. Local Chefs will do cooking demos with local ingredient!

For all competitions, there will be a 'People's Choice Award' along with an award from our guest judges to include Travel & Leisure, Food & Wine and Celebrity Chefs! Tickets can be viewed HERE

February 10th - Sunday:

'Our closing event - TOM White Party at Mia´

An all white party at beautiful Mia, from 6 to 11pm. White attire is required!!

Four of our Super Star Chefs will cook their rendition of street food.
